Qi Gong is a gentle exercise that through breath and physical movement strengthens the internal Qi flow to the organs, meridians and balances yin/yang. The strengthening of Qi in the body helps to improve health, prevent illness and strengthen the body, while promoting relaxation.
Based in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and martial arts, if the Qi in the human body is strong and balanced, immunity increases and makes it difficult for pathenogenic influences to affect the health.
